Recette pour 8 à 10 personnes
Ingrédients :
-120 g de beurre mou
-3 oeufs
-4 poires bien mûres ou 1 boite 4/4 de poires
-120 g de poudre d’amandes
-120 g de sucre semoule
1- Beurrer le moule à cake ou terrine de 26 cm et préchauffer le four à 160°.
2- Egoutter les poires et coupez les en morceaux
3- Dans un saladier, mélanger le beurre, le sucre, les œufs et la poudre d’amandes jusqu’à obtention d’un mélange homogène.
4- Puis mettre le mélange dans le moule en alternant des couches régulières de crème d’amandes et de poires. Bien terminer par une couche de crème d’amandes.
5- Mettre au bain marie pendants 45 minutes
5- Laisser refroidir complètement et démouler.
Variante : vous pouvez ajouter 1 cuillère à soupe d’alcool de poire ou remplacer les poires par des peches ou des abricots (frais ou en conserve)!
